To emerge victorious in the battle of the bulge you need to
make small changes that are sustainable over a long period of time. In the long
run, crash dieting and eliminating certain types of food will cause you to regain
any lost weight. Small tweaks to your daily food choices - 100 calories here
and there - may not have quick results but they will last longer.
